About the Event

Few activities are more life-giving than gardening.

Studies have found that the mental health benefits of gardening are extensive. It torpedoes through depression, anxiety and stress. It improves physical and mental wellbeing and accelerates healing.

Our Mental Health For Gardening workshop will have constitute of a community of mental health warriors coming together to pot, plant, prune, weed, clip and play with soil as they talk about the struggles they are currently undergoing in life, their plans and dreams for 2020 and their deepest pains and joys.

The workshop is conducted by psychologist Ruchi Bakhai and entrepreneur and veteran gardener Lata Bhatia. Come join us on a cheery Sunday morning. Feel the warm winter sunshine on your face. Connect with nature and with other people who are going through what you’re dealing with. Together let’s work and play to our heart’s content.

Fees: Rs. 1200/- (inclusive of all materials)
