Service Description
Parental counseling is a service that aims at providing the required tools, guidance, knowledge and support to parents without them having to worry about being judged, in an unbiased, healthy manner. Through parental counseling, parents become more equipped to take care of their family, especially their children. Parenting is a rewarding but highly challenging and at times, overwhelming process, as every decision a parent takes is keeping in mind the well-being of their child. How many times have you heard yourself saying, “I am taking this decision, because this is in the best interests of my child.”? The huge responsibility of raising a child is not always a bed of roses. It comes with a lot of pressure and stress. Parents may face different types of problems that can affect how they manage their families, especially in how they inculcate the right values in their children. If you are facing any such issues that are causing you distress, then you must consider parental counselling. WHO NEEDS PARENTAL COUNSELLING? Although, parental counselling is recommended to all parents, it is more of a necessity for those who are facing any of the following issues: - Not being able to deal with children who refuse to take instructions. - Not being able to connect with or communicate effectively with your child. - A feeling of ‘power struggle’ with your child. - Facing trouble in implementing routines for your family. - Strategies to manage your child’s behaviour are not working effectively. - Suffering from a health problem that is preventing you from spending time with your family, especially your children. - Dealing with teenage issues being faced by your child. - Problems in your marriage, such as finances and infidelity having a negative impact on your children. - Grief or loss in the family.
Terms of Service
1. For any services purchased, the EduPsych team shall make 3 attempts to reach the customer for confirmation of the services. In case, the customer fails to respond within 7 days of the last communication, the service will be treated as consumed and no refunds shall be provided by EduPsych. 2. In case of technical difficulties during or at the time of the session, EduPsych will check with their service providers. If the case is adjudged to be genuine, the appointment shall be rescheduled. 3. For Audio, Video and Text Sessions, in case, the customer fails to turn up at the time of the appointment, EduPsych will NOT reschedule the session. The appointment will be treated as consumed and no refunds shall be provided by EduPsych. 4. For any appointments, any no shows are treated as availed services and no refund or rescheduling shall be provided by EduPsych in such a scenario. 5. For any reschedules, the customer can login to their account on our platform and do so with more than an hour's time in advance to the time of the session. Appointment Bundles: All bundles need to be availed within 6 months from the date of purchase. Additionally, all individual items in the bundles shall also be bound by the terms on appointments. Please note the specific refund policy in the event of the following circumstances: User(s) can make payments through any of the following available options: Internet Banking Debit/ Credit Cards UPI The User agrees and accepts that all nuances and modalities relating to making payment using Internet Banking/Debit/Credit Cards/UPI (“Virtual Payment Mode”) shall be separately governed by arrangement(s) / terms and conditions between the User and the relevant banks. We shall not be responsible, in any manner whatsoever, for any liability that may arise in relation to the Virtual Payment Modes (including any fraudulent transaction). While availing any of the payment method(s) available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to (a) lack of authorization for any transactions; (b) any payment issues arising out of the transaction or (c) decline of such transaction for any reason. You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided us, is neither a banking nor financial service. EduPsych reserves its right to change the charges for Services, at any time, without the requirement of any prior intimation to the User. Any such change shall be binding and effective on the User.
